How to read your score

85 to 100

A strong foundation. You have real systems working. The next level of growth is usually fine-tuning one area or adding leverage to scale what already works.

65 to 84

A workable business with clear gaps. Fixing your biggest bottleneck first will produce more closings than trying to improve everything at once.

40 to 64

Significant gaps. The business is running on effort instead of systems, and no amount of extra hours will fully close the distance. Structure and leverage are the answers.

Under 40

The fundamentals need rebuilding: consistent lead activity, fast follow-up, a CRM, and real accountability. This is exactly the situation a structured team is built to fix.
