Noah has lived in the Lakes Area his whole life, building relationships across the region and watching its communities grow. His background in hospitality taught him that exceptional service is not optional. It is the foundation of every lasting relationship, with clients and with the agents on the team.
He founded Elevate Group to create the team he always wanted to be part of: one where agents are supported, not just managed. One where mentorship is part of the everyday, not an afterthought.
