The Three Phases
Ninety days, three phases, one scorecard.
Every week in this plan has a job. The phases keep the order correct: you cannot run activity you have not built the systems for, and you cannot close what you never converted.
Days 1 to 30: Systems + Database + Skill
Your CRM is built, your first 150-plus contacts are in it, and your scripts and presentations get their first real practice. The goal of month one is a machine that can run without you inventing it daily.
- CRM and smart lists set up
- Database of 150+ contacts organized
- Daily conversation habit started
- Buyer and seller scripts practiced daily
- First agreements signed
Days 31 to 60: Activity + Appointments + Conversion
The second month is about volume with growing skill. Conversations multiply, appointments get held, and the conversion numbers start telling you exactly which of your scripts need work.
- Minimum 25 conversations every week
- Weekly prospecting blocks running
- Open house schedule active
- Appointment rate audited and tightened
- 6 to 10 agreements by day 60
Days 61 to 90: Consistency + Pipeline + Production
The final month proves the plan works under pressure: same activity, no adrenaline. Transactions move end to end, the pipeline is counted weekly, and you close the quarter with a real business review.
- Listing machine running start to finish
- Pipeline reviewed every week
- Past clients and sphere integrated
- Contracts and closings learned end to end
- Full 90-day numbers review

Targets assume an average pace and a normal market. Your market, lead flow, and speed vary. The scorecard below is the anchor: measure every week, adjust, and let the plan bend to your numbers rather than the other way around.

The rule
If it is not on the scorecard, it did not happen. That is the whole accountability system.
Why this works
New agents do not fail for lack of drive. They fail for lack of a sequence.
Most new agents spend month one figuring out what to do, which is exactly why month three finds them broke. This plan removes the figuring-out stage: the sequence is decided, the tools are named, and the scorecard tells you if you are on track before small problems become big ones.
A team helps by carrying the parts a solo launch cannot: transaction coordination, listing marketing, CRM setup, coaching, and accountability on the scorecard. That is the difference between running this plan alone and running it with infrastructure underneath you.
If you are already licensed, start the plan this week. If you are pre-licensing, use the time before your license arrives to build the 150-contact database and practice the scripts. Either way, day one should find you ready to move.

Run this plan with support
Do not run the first 90 days alone.
Elevate Group's onboarding is built on this exact sequence: systems, database, skill, then activity, appointments, and conversion. Book a conversation and see how the plan runs with coaching, a CRM, transaction support, and accountability underneath it.
